What does the Guru Package include?
- 5 hours of interactive sessions to work on whatever you need help with. It could include training on topics like advanced content management, localization consulting, complex styling editing or technical integration.
- Priority ticket handling: Jump to the top of our support queue for any issues you submit (for 30 days)
What kind of things will my Guru help me with?
- Training on platform usage

- Advanced technology integration (SEO, CRM, Marketing automation, Generic API, Shopping feeds etc.)
- Anything that has to do with coding (HTML markup, Javascript API etc.)
What isn’t included?
- Translation and proofreading
- Active localization management
- Development on the customer’s side. We give you the tools and the guidance but won’t develop components for you.
